Application: 
Detects incipient faults in oil-filled transformers (Power Transformer, Distribution transformer, Rectifier Transformer, Furnace Transformer, LOCO Transformer, Auto Transformer etc) online. 

Salient features: 

  • Detects incipient faults by sensing evolved (free) hydrogen gas
  • Both types of electrical & thermal faults can be detected in any part
    of transformer tank    
  •  Comparatively more sensitive than conventional Buchholz relay
    Easy & quick installation without any major  modification
